Terms and Conditions:

It is of utmost importance to familiarize yourself with your duties and responsibilities as a guest or group of guests. Failure to comply with the following Terms and Conditions may result in the host's entitlement to claim damages or compensation for any property damage incurred.

By booking our apartment, you are expected to agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below:

1. Accuracy of Information: The information provided in your profile and contact details must be correct and accurate.
2. Noise Regulations: Playing loud music is strictly prohibited at all times during your stay.
3. Quiet Hours and No Parties: Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 6am, during which partying or disruptive activities are not permitted.
4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside the building or in designated smoking areas.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is determined by the total number specified in your confirmed reservation request.
6. The keys must be returned to the designated shop or key lockbox no later than 10:15 AM on the day of check-out to prevent incurring additional charges.
7. Guests are accountable for complying with the specified check-out time and promptly returning keys to prevent any associated fees.
8. Lead Guest Responsibility: The Lead Guest, who is responsible for payment and deposit, must be identified for security and clarity purposes.
9. Liability for Damages: You may be held liable for any damages caused to the property due to the misconduct of any member within your group.
10. In some situations we may increased amount of the deposit. Deposit amount varies depending on few factors: If we suspect that the group booking the property may throw a party we will increase the deposit. This may depend on your online account activity, profile strength on the platform you used to book the property, your location, the age of the lead guest booking the stay. This is based on non-discriminatory basis and the deposit may vary between £100-300
11. Prohibited Activities: Engaging in any activity that may cause nuisance, annoyance, or reasonably be considered anti-social behavior, including excessive noise, damage, or inconvenience to the Landlord or occupants of adjacent premises, is strictly prohibited.
12. Legal and Moral Conduct: The Property must not be used, or knowingly allowed to be used, for any illegal, immoral, or unlawful purposes, such as drug-related activities or prohibited activities including solicitation.
13. Footwear Restrictions: To protect the laminate floors, it is prohibited to wear shoes with pointy heels inside the property. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by such footwear or any other damaging footwear.
14. Right of Inspection: We reserve the right to visit the property at any time during your stay, including late evenings and weekends, if we suspect a breach of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. This may include situations where loud noises/music can be heard from the hall or the smell of illicit drugs or cigarettes is present. In the event of a confirmed violation, we reserve the right to request your immediate vacation of the property.
15. Refund Policy: If asked to vacate the property due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any form of refund.
